1. Booking Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation at any time before the scheduled pickup. We recommend notifying us as early as possible.

2. Free Cancellation

Most bookings can be canceled free of charge before the vehicle delivery time.

3. Late Cancellation

If cancellation is made shortly before pickup or after delivery preparation, charges may apply to cover operational costs.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and location without notice, the booking is considered canceled.

5. Refund Conditions

Since payment is made on arrival, refunds generally do not apply unless a prepayment was made. Any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Booking Modifications

You can request changes to your booking (dates, location, vehicle type) depending on availability.

7. Early Return

Returning the vehicle earlier than agreed does not guarantee a refund for unused days.

8. Force Majeure

FadrouneCars.ma is not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond control such as flight delays, natural events, or government restrictions.

9. Processing Time

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method.
