These Terms and Conditions govern the use of FadrouneCars.ma services and website. By booking or using our car rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license. Some vehicle categories may require a minimum age of 23 or 25 years and additional driving experience.

2. Driving License

A valid driving license is required at the time of rental. International customers may be required to present an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made online or through direct contact. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to offer similar vehicle categories depending on availability.

4. Payments

Payment is made on arrival at the time of vehicle delivery. No deposit and no credit card are required. Prices include agreed services with no hidden fees.

5. Insurance

All vehicles include full insurance coverage as specified at the time of booking for maximum peace of mind.

6. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used responsibly and only for legal purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless explicitly permitted.

7. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. Additional charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.

8. Rental Period

The rental period is defined at the time of booking. Late returns may result in additional charges based on the delay duration.

9. Delivery and Return

We offer 24/7 pickup and drop-off at Agadir Airport and other agreed locations for maximum flexibility.

10. Liability

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. In case of damage, accident, or misuse, the renter may be held responsible according to the rental agreement.

11. Cancellation

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking conditions. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

12. Changes to Terms

FadrouneCars.ma reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
